What Schoolyard is for
Parent-to-parent coordination, recommendations, and timely alerts about MSJ student life.
What it's not
Not a place to call out individual teachers or students. Not a political debate forum. Not an anonymous gossip board.
Don't name individual teachers or students
If you have a complaint about a specific teacher or student, take it to the school. Posts that name them by name will be removed.
Be civil
You're addressing other parents you'll see at school events. Write like it.
No politics or religion debates
Use off-topic as a relief valve, but keep it light. Sustained political fights will be removed.
No spam or self-promotion
Recommendations are welcome; advertising is not. If in doubt, ask first.
How flagging works
Click Flag on any post or comment. An admin reviews it within 24 h.
How banning works
First offense: a note + post removal. Repeat: 7-day ban. Severe: permanent.
